Rental Information:
The community can rent different facilities on the Franklin Co Fairgrounds from the Franklin County Agricultural Society.
Each rental is a daily rental agreement. Renters can access the buildings or grounds at 8:00 am and must have personal items removed by 2:00 am the next morning. Renters must sign an agreement with the Franklin Co Agricultural Society and have payment to FCAS 30 days prior to the event. The FCAS requires a rental payment plus a security deposit. The security deposit can be in the form a personal/business/cashiers check or cash and will be returned following the rental if no damage occurs and all clean up procedures are followed. Rental amounts can be paid with cash, check or credit card, however a 2.5% fee will be added to credit card transactions.

Grandstand arena, barns and show arena, southend horse arena, grounds less buildings, and camper hook ups please call 785-521-3150 for pricing and conditions.
- Rentals Sunday through Thursday with no alcohol: $150 rental fee with a $100 security deposit
- Rentals Friday through Saturday with no alcohol: $200 rental fee with a $200 security deposit
- Rentals Friday through Saturday with alcohol served: $350 rental fee with a $500 security deposit

Please note, the Franklin County Fairgrounds is privately owned by the Franklin County Agricultural Society and any use of the facilities or grounds needs the expressed written approval of the Franklin County Agricultural Society.
